Is It Really That Hard to Be Nice to Service Workers?

We had a vet appointment scheduled for this morning. However, yesterday afternoon, the vet called us and asked if we could reschedule said appointment. The vet that would be seeing our cats was going home sick and wouldn’t be in today, so we needed to find a different day that would work.
