I Took Today Off

As I have described the past few days, it has been a good but exhausting week. I wrapped up a reporting cycle at work that took six weeks, which was the crown jewel of four straight months of hard-and-fast deadlines. And, after it was done on Wednesday, I spent Thursday slowly collapsing into a pile of half-conscious sludge.
